What can you expect?
- Develop networking strategies to promote our engineering consultancy services directly to decision makers in the industry, including attending relevant events and conferences
- Identify and acquire adequate cooperation partners for INVENSITY Scandinavia by conducting market research within the automotive business, software and systems development and the product development industry
- Conduct B2B customer acquisition through cold calling, delivering emails, following up on warm leads and other outreach methods to secure new business
- Active team-building and expansion of a newly founded location of the INV Group
- International collaboration with the leading global INVENSITY experts
- You take responsibility for your project team members and support them in individual goal achievement and development
- Manage the sales pipeline and sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, sales, management or similar course of study with at least 3+ years of experience in client business generation (for example through cold calling sales
- Driven and persistent when cold-calling and developing new business leads
- Appreciates the “green field” not only in the open air and is on fire for the development of new business areas
- Thrives to take over responsibility and play an active role in expanding INVENSITY to Scandinavia
- Reflects excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to successfully conduct prospection meetings
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify industry needs and connect with relevant players
- Enthusiastic for new technologies and their potential impact on the industry
- Fluent in english and swedish and willingness to travel
- Basic german skills are a plus
