It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Sales Manager, Host to our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Host, you will have the opportunity to lead the Host team in building scalable selling, onboarding, and service for Beyond’s commercial customer base.

As our Sales, Manager, Host, you'll be responsible for:

  • Build (hire, train, retain) a team to sell, onboard, and service the host/B2C business
  • Designing and executing scalable onboarding and service for all Host customer types 
  • Supporting Beyond's efforts to focus US- and EMEA-based customer experience individuals on high-value activities
  • Creating and developing processes and best practices to improve team performance
  • Providing coaching and development to sales reps with various levels of experience
  • Owning and managing the team’s pipeline and forecast through strategic decision-making to ensure success
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business on sales initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Assist in deal negotiations and new business development efforts

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, specifically with quota-carrying reps
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team sales quotas
  • Experience creating processes and building structure 
  • High initiative and demonstrated ability identifying opportunities for impact in a startup environment
  • A leadership style that embodies our core values

  • Have a video conversation with someone on our Recruiting team. This is a high-level conversation about your experience and interest, but also an opportunity for you to learn more about us
  • Interview with the Senior Director of Host
  • Complete and present an assignment to the Senior Director of Host, the Senior Manager of Global Support, and a member of the Host sales team
  • Interview with our Manager of Customer Success, SMB
  • Have a final interview with our CTO/Co-founder
