We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Manager to enable millions of SMB's and professional businesses in Brazil to get paid or pay globally with Payoneer’s fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing merchant networks to support local expansion by increasing market penetration for Payoneer product and services. Working in a dynamic environment, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with new customers to develop new business segments and industries to achieve business goals.

You will be responsible for:  

  • Accomplishment of targeted sales goals
  • Ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other, anticipate future needs to drive profitable growth
  • Reaching out to target audiences who have a desire for international growth
  • Managing an active pipeline of Inbound opportunities
  • Delivering appropriate KPIs beyond revenue and volume
  • Working closely with Customer Success Management, Partnerships Management, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Deliver internal feedback for quick wins that have big impact on numbers

You should come prepared with:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or engineering
  • MBA or MS Degree desirable
  • +3 years of sales, account management, business development or other relevant experience
  • Expertise in developing business cases, financial analysis & modeling, ability to forecast the financial impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
