Your Role

As part of the Central Sales Operations team, you will support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing sales efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to drive data-driven insights and optimize core sales processes.

What You Will Do
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and process optimization across multiple teams.
  • Performance Measurement: Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data teams to build and enhance data intelligence that supports sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, customer engagement, and forecasting, providing regular updates and performance reports.
  • Strategic Project Support: Contribute to the execution of key initiatives including value-based segmentation, inbound lead generation, and account management performance optimization.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to streamline the sales funnel and enhance the overall sales experience.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, optimizing alignment and driving business impact.
  • Tools & Data Management: Assist in maintaining data quality and governance across platforms, supporting ongoing process automation and tool enhancements.
Who You Are
  • A detail-oriented, data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Able to communicate insights effectively across teams, with a strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable dealing with change and excited to be part of high-impact projects that drive business results.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL (Snowflake knowledge is a plus), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French or another European language is a plus).
Experience
  • Master’s degree from a top business or engineering school.
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or data analytics, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Familiarity with sales operations, CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus), and data analytics tools.
