The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, you will support the sales team by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency. Key responsibilities include generating reports on sales metrics, managing CRM data, and supporting operational teams driving strategic initiatives. 

Your mission is to connect people, processes, and data. You are an ideal candidate if you think two steps ahead, are a true team player keen to support deals to closure, and can work under pressure without losing sight of the details and business guidelines.

Your Mission:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Act as a strategic partner to internal teams by analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and insights
    • Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
    • Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests from sales leadership and other stakeholders
    • Assist with data hygiene exercises and hold the sales team accountable for maintaining data quality
  • Operational Support and Efficiency:
    • Facilitate the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance sales operations efficiency
    • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives—including forecasting, account planning, reporting, and training programs—to drive business growth and improve efficiency

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, data analysis, or a similar analytical role
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack (such as productivity, intelligence, forecasting, etc)
  • Basic coding skills

US Pay Range $75,000—$105,000 USD
