Role Description:
The Sales Operations Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for supporting our global Voice Sales teams. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within Salesforce and our Cloud9 Portal, and will be a key liaison between the Sales and Billing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce and Cloud9 Portal Management: Manage services changes, validate bookings for subscriptions and one-time charges, and maintain accurate customer contract terms and custom pricing data in Salesforce.
- Data and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the Sales team to provide key performance metrics.
- Billing Coordination: Collaborate with the Billing team to improve billing processes for over 1,000 voice customers, ensure all Salesforce billing dependencies are accurate, and support monthly bookings reconciliation.
- Customer Support and Inbox Management: Manage customer inquiries and requests, including user deactivations, resolution of service discrepancies, and maintenance of agreed-upon custom pricing terms, to minimize invoice discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Pricing Validation: Validate pricing proposals to ensure accuracy and update service details as needed, helping the Sales team maintain data hygiene.
- Operational Efficiency: Proactively drive initiatives to improve overall billing efficiency and ensure a smooth, friendly experience for our customers.
Required Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of data, systems, and their interrelationships preferably in Salesforce.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, with expertise in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
