About the job

This position is needed to be the primary business partner to the Vice President of Sales in LATAM - including all Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries in the region. You understand how world-class Sales teams operate, and you will provide proactive data-driven insights, operational support, and consultative guidance to optimize sales performance, drive revenue, and achieve business goals by aligning sales activities with the overall company objectives.  You will act as a bridge between sales and other departments to ensure smooth execution and effective strategy implementation.  

You have a demonstrated track record of excellence in developing command of GTM sales operations, being a strong executor and leader of all GTM operating rhythms including forecasting, funnel management, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing and conducting insightful analysis, and building strong relationships with your leaders. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Have a direct impact on the performance of the Latin America sales region (LATAM)
  • Be responsible for managing all the GTM operating rhythms for your region including preparing and running forecast calls with the regional leadership team, pipeline health and management, QBRs, sales performance, etc.
  • Proactively monitor sales health and performance dashboards, separating signal from noise, and driving down into the real metrics that matter
  • Leverage data to develop insightful discussion documents for quarterly business reviews
  • Provide top of funnel support specifically by managing sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, monitoring sales activity and resolving risks/key blockers
  • Play a key part in planning cycles and focus specifically on territory carving, analyzing account-level targets, validating and aligning on region-level targets 
  • Understand the specific dynamics of the region to develop in-region GTM strategies to drive revenue growth in the region
  • Be adept at being able to pull ad-hoc reports to help address business needs and drive to insights with your regional GTM partners
  • Establish clear roles and responsibilities with your GTM Strategy & Operations peers to provide fast and efficient support to revenue generation teams

*Required:

  • Portuguese, Spanish, & English proficiency
  • Have 4+ years proven experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy consulting, and/or the CPaaS industry
  • Excel at developing running run sales operating rhythms such as forecasting, MBRs, and QBRs
  • Have completed at least 2-3 cycles in annual planning 
  • Thrive at analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a sophisticated audience with the ability to clearly define the problem
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years' of experience 

Desired:

  • Can ruthlessly prioritize and tackle operational challenges
  • Strong collaboration and partner management skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Are resilient and adaptive 
  • Have experience (if not fluency) with Salesforce, spreadsheets, Tablea

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Brazil

Travel
