Sales Operations Intern

Our Sales Operations team helps to enable the efficiency, scalability and profitability of our partner and merchant-facing teams. For this Sales Operations Internship, you’ll be responsible for providing support across various operational areas (data, processes, finance, reporting...).
What you’ll do:
- Assist with facilitating various processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and to implement solutions
- Clean and manage our data pipeline for the Retail Team's dashboard
- Service requests and solve problems by managing service desk tickets
- Document existing processes in a templated and systemic way
- Input and update partner account data in Salesforce, including contracts, commercial info, etc.
You’ll be great for this role if:
- You’re passionate and an entrepreneurial thinker.
- You have excellent communication skills, with full written and verbal proficiency in English
- You're self-driven and proactive, being able to work independently and take ownership of projects and tasks
- You're a quick learner and eager to face new challenges regularly
- You have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing competing demands and prioritizing effectively
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- You have an initial knowledge of querying (ideally SQL) or are eager to learn more
