We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. In this role you will be a critical partner across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, driving operational excellence, improving data-driven decision-making, and supporting our go-to-market strategies through world-class business execution. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence key business outcomes, and contribute directly to our company's growth and success.

You will…

  • Collaborate with leadership in Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market initiatives, support revenue planning, and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Build dashboards and analyze data to uncover sales trends, assess pipeline health, and drive actionable insights.
  • Support strategic planning through territory design and target setting
  • Manage systems and data operations, including user access, permissions, ticket processing, and bulk uploads
  • Own documentation for key processes and systems, creating and updating user guides that enhance clarity and efficiency.
  • Manage sales support cases, ensuring timely resolution and serving as the primary resource for inquiries and issue troubleshooting

You have …

  • 3+ years of success in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations roles at tech companies
  • Strong technical skills with experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
  • Solid understanding of SaaS operations and best practices
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders to drive results
  • Process-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and scalable operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a strong ownership mindset, and ability to operate autonomously at a high level of work quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic, fast-changing environments
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, spot sales trends, and monitor pipeline health
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)$120,000—$130,000 USD
