The role - your passion

  • You are responsible for projects within the Sales Department and lead them to sustainable, measurable success
  • The projects deal with the analysis and optimization of existing workflows and processes as well as the development and implementation of new ones 
  • For data-driven performance measurement and development, you will independently analyze data sets and create comprehensible, informative reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • You are the process & project contact person for other departments and represent the requirements and responsibilities of the Sales Department
  • You are an operational interface to our (Fleet) Operations, Product, CX Solutions and request corresponding accountabilities
  • In your role you are also responsible for tools & processes within the department

What you need to surf the wave with us

  • You describe yourself as analytical and structured, but also as an operational implementer
  • You have knowledge of project management, ideally from a sales background
  • You are strong in communication - between departments, with stakeholders or simply to drive projects forward and finalize them
  • You are business fluent in German and English
