About You:

  • Tulip is currently looking for a hands-on GTM Operations Admin to join our growing Commercial team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and analytical problem-solver, with a strong ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders. This role will work closely with all go-to-market channels including sales, customer success, marketing, partnerships, and finance. You’ll use your critical thinking and passion for problem solving in your day-to-day.

What skills do I need? 

  • 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Finance in B2B SaaS
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to simplify and
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills 
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
  • A strong plus: Familiarity with CaptivateIQ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate commissions process and attainment tracking with Finance
  • Own order management and provide support on quote structuring
  • Lead cross-functional data reconciliation efforts with Commercial and Finance organizations
  • Manage system access and data hygiene requests for Commercial platforms
  • Manage renewal opportunity creation and the validation process 
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to improve processes and drive change management to streamline operations
