About The Role:The Shared Services team within GTM (Go-to-Market) Ops stands as a pivotal unit offering comprehensive support and coverage across multiple departments within our organization, including Sales, Customer Success (CS), Partner Services, Deal Desk, Professional Services, and Finance. As a GTM Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting revenue-generating training initiatives and ensuring seamless operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating training logistics, monitoring revenue recognition, managing timecard entries, overseeing compliance of order management process and bookings data, and facilitating partner engagement through our portal. The role will progressively expand into broader Revops responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do: 

          Revenue Monitoring:

  •  Monitor revenue recognition specifically related to revenue-generating training courses using Financial Force/Certinia. 
  •  Enter and manage time cards accurately to reflect revenue recognition for respective engagements.
  •  Time and Material (T&M) Engagements:Monitor timecards for T&M engagements and ensure timely and accurate entry of time-related data as required.

          Partner Portal Management:

  • Assist in setting up new delivery partners on the Partner Portal (future state) for streamlined time entry.
  • Provide comprehensive training and documentation to partners on timecard submission processes. Training Coordination:
  • Set up and manage training Zoom sessions, calendar invites, enrollment processes, and email reminders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve enrollment issues to ensure smooth participant experiences.General Operations:
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of booking data through rigorous quality assurance procedures.
  • Overseeing adherence to order management processes, ensuring compliance, and preparing comprehensive reports on process efficiency.
  • Evolving responsibilities over time to encompass a broader spectrum within Revops, expanding the role's scope and impact.
What You'll Bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, preferably with SaaS companies and/or supporting large Strategic/Enterprise accounts preferred.
  • Experience in a revenue-focused or training coordination role. 
  • Proficiency in using tools like Zoom for training setups, Financial Force / Certinia  for revenue monitoring, and Partner Portals for engagement management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to address enrolment issues and ensure smooth training logistics.
  • Experience with timecard management and an understanding of revenue recognition principles in training contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills to train and support partners in utilising our systems effectively.
  • Meticulous, attention to detail, self-assess your work.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technology and balance multiple tasks at once.
  • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
