Formlabs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Services Support Associate to join our team in Budapest, Hungary for a 3-months internship. As a vital member of our Global Sales & Services Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. 

The internship

• Process orders accurately and efficiently based on PDF Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate and issue quotations for prospective customers, providing pricing information and product details as needed.
• Additional tasks as assigned by your manager.

You:

• Are fluent in English, and preferably in another language (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
• Are available to work 30 hours per week.
• Active student status at a Hungarian higher education institution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow a process from A to Z.
• Ability to tackle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to new requirements as we streamline processes.
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, customer focused
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles (internship, working student, etc.) is an advantage
