Sales Tax Manager
The Tax Senior Analyst joining HelloFresh will be joining the US Income Tax team, responsible for the annual US Income Tax Compliance and Provision processes. In conjunction with the Tax Manager, responsibilities will include but are not limited to, calculation of the monthly income tax provision, booking to tax accounts, coordinating with external advisors for compliance and other ad hoc special projects, etc. The successful candidate will be supported by the US and international tax teams and work directly with Directors of Tax and Accounting to facilitate the accounting of income taxes. Additional project based work includes the pursuit of and associated compliance with credit & incentive awards, Federal and State audit management and transfer pricing design and implementation.

- Work with the Income Tax Manager and external advisors to ensure the timely and accurate filing of Federal and State US Corporate Income Tax Returns
- Assist with timely preparation of the Company’s quarterly and annual US tax provision
- Proactively manage and maintain provision and compliance deadlines
- Prepare and review tax adjustment reconciliations and tie-out of deferred tax assets/liabilities
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation and compliance
- Support continuous improvements in tax provision process
- Assist with tax related audits and notices issued by tax authorities
- Address tax department inquiries from internal and external business partners
- Assist and support other team members of the tax function by performing ad hoc tax analyses, analytical support, and assistance with other special projects as needed
- Remain current on tax law changes and changes in the business activities of the company
- Ensure all supporting documents are complete for record keeping

- Possess advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Minimum 3 years working with a public tax advisory firm, law firm, or in a corporate tax function
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and/or Thomson Reuters OneSource software a plus
- Understanding of ASC740 / IAS 12 standards
- Transfer Pricing experience a plus
