We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly technical Salesforce Admin to join our emerging Salesforce Tech team on an adventure to reshape our Salesforce. The Salesforce team is part of the Applications & Integrations Group - globally responsible for business applications and cross organizational integrations, ensuring the delivery of innovative high-quality solutions to meet business and operational needs.The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, curious, and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, a team player and people person that following best practices is in his DNA.
What’s the job?
- Build and maintain scalable solutions in the system using declarative tools like Flow and other tools/packages.
- Manage and reshape our permission structure using Salesforce best practices and innovations with tools like permission sets, permission set group and automations.
- Refactor our user experience with Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic list views and buttons – and other tools you know.
- Creating and maintaining advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Take an active role in project discussions and planning to make sure the solution designed is the correct one, scalable and easy to maintain.
- Managing and maintaining 3rd party systems integrating with our Salesforce
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within Salesforce
- Keep learning new Salesforce features and introduce new tools from the ecosystem to the team that can help our company and processes.

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Admin in a technical Salesforce team.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model, showcasing expertise acquired through hands-on experience with complex Salesforce projects.
- In-depth expertise of the Salesforce platform, including its core functionalities, features, and configuration options
- Experience in cleanup projects like moving from WF and PB to Flow, consolidating profiles and Fields/Objects cleanup.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flows, including screen flows and record-triggered Flows
- Hands on experience with Lightning page, dynamic forms and other Page/App Builder tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to small details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Hebrew and English, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Salesforce and technology.
Not a must but a great advantage
- Hands On experience with tools like Gearset, Azure DevOps, OwnBackup, DocuSign, Docomotion, FormAssembly, Varonis.
- Familiarity with Event Monitoring and Einstein
- Familiarity with Git, Version Control, CI/CD processes and Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of QA processes and test methodologies.
- Experience with Flow Tests
- Experience working with Communities (Experience cloud)
- Knowledge in Duplication Management tools and processes
