Vimeo seeks a Salesforce Data Steward III, to play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data. This position will be responsible for driving data transformation by administering key data points, merging duplicate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the quality of Vimeo’s CRM data. This individual will also support incoming business requests, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, actionable, and non-duplicative account data that accurately reflects corporate hierarchies and and key data points in Salesforce.
  • Improve contact data and ensure contact to account association accuracy. .
  • Implement data quality best practices to maintain data integrity within Salesforce, including deduplication, data cleansing, and validation rules.
  • Support quarterly and ad-hoc updates of key account info via data enrichment.
  • Ensure data across the CRM system is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This involves performing regular data and field audits, identifying and correcting data errors, and monitoring data quality metrics.
  • Support CRM requests from end users to support customer segmentation changes and the merging of duplicate records. 
  • Follow data cleansing procedures including researching individual companies to update their information in the CRM. 
  • Analyze data sources to determine coverage and accuracy.
  • Work with internal teams to develop processes for continuous data quality analysis and improvements.
  • Understand and manage the impact of data changes on end users, territories and the business. 

Desired Skills/Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Advanced Excel experience (v-lookups, pivot tables). 
  • 2-3 years of experience working with data in a detail-oriented field preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with data cleansing and deduplication tools. 
  • Understanding of business processes and corporate structures. 
  • Knowledge of data governance best practices.
