Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager 

Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Campaign Manager will provide expert, hands on support to plan, manage and deploy email CRM campaigns across scheduled sends and also automated/triggered lifecycle journeys.

You will be crucial to developing and delivering performance-driving CRM activity using the full suite of Salesforce marketing cloud tools and modules and using connected data driven from our Customer Data Platform. 

As a core member of the team you will be one of our go to SFMC experts helping to shape our capability as we continue to grow, spotting and nurturing opportunities for our brands, developing new ways of working and helping to build the knowledge of SFMC and its applications across our teams & brands. 

 

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to Account - EMEA 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Plan, build and execute email communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner.
  • Knowledge of the advanced concepts in Marketing Cloud such as Managing Deliverability, IP Warmups, Throttling and Reputation Management, Cloud Pages etc.
  • Experience of working with JIRA / campaign management solutions is nice to have
  • Having experience on other ESPs dynamic data would be an added advantage.
  • Having an experience of Customer Data Platforms (CDP’s) would be an added advantage.

  • HTML and CSS
  • Media Queries/AMP Scripts/JS from layered artwork
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Data Extensions, Queries, Triggered Send Definitions, and Microsites 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability
  • Working with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies, including A/B multivariant testing that maximise conversions
  • Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment
  • Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting
  • Design and implement numerous personalization journeys for consumers and prospects that take place in email connecting with digital advertising, on our website leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and related technologies.
  • Ensuring successful rendering across a wide variety of email clients and browsers
  • Setting up basic infrastructure in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Data Extensions, Queries, Triggered Send Definitions, and Microsites
  • Measurement framework definition, monthly performance reports and ongoing insight and optimisation.  

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud gained in either an agency or inhouse environment
  • Salesforce marketing cloud certified (ideally admin & consultant)
  • Experienced in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong background in CRM: 
    • CRM – experience in defining growth (and revenue) generating consumer lifecycle journeys (ideally with a focus on driving direct to consumer engagement & sales), briefing partners to create and setting in place test & earn underpinned by measurement 
  • Understanding of;
    • Digital –  journey analytics, tagging and implementation, platforms such as GA & Adobe
    • Social – exposure to both paid and organic as well as platforms such as Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr 
  • Desire to continually learn and push the boundaries
  • Excellent communication
  • An active interest in behavioural science approaches and techniques – and how this can be delivered through data
  • Experienced in applying Marketing Automation (eg SFMC, Adobe, Braze…)/ CDPs (eg Treasure Data. Segment etc..) Campaign Management / ESP tools to consumer challenges and journeys
  • Confidence and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Collaborative team player, open minded
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels
