The SDR Manager will help accelerate pipeline generation and drive new business growth for our UK Commercial team, leading and managing two teams of Sales Development Representatives across the Core and SMB segments. 

Reporting into the Pre Sales Manager, this person will attract, retain, and cultivate exceptional talent within the team, with a view to see them progress within the company, primarily into a full quota bearing sales role. 

What you'll be doing:
  • Coach and mentor the team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives (usually C-Suite), driving the team to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Contribute towards strategic initiatives and priorities to transform the Pre Sales function to achieve best practice and deliver optimal performance, working with pre-sales peers globally.
  • Develop key relationships with leaders across customer segments to ensure alignment on priorities and activity across teams, embedding pre sales teams firmly in the sales cycle
  • Establish effective sales development strategies that scale as the team grows
  • Partner on the go-to-market strategy, including email, phone, and social messaging
  • Help develop and maintain training materials to maximize team performance
  • Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
  • Help develop, plan, and execute extensive professional development programming to enable team members to be successful Account Development Representatives as well as position them for success in a future Business Development role.
  • Assist with identifying, attracting, onboarding and managing talent
  • Collaborate with segment leaders across to ensure connection to the end to end sales cycle for the segment
  • Have involvement in leading global projects and initiatives outside of day to day regionally-focussed role
