Senior Account Manager | Broadband
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell strategic services to clients, driving revenue growth
- Understand client’s sales objectives and work with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies
- Coordinate client's integrations into our businesses to support the success and accuracy of our platform
- Guide the day-to-day client activity to ensure timely execution of sales programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with marketing and business leaders to create thoughtful client plans and proposals
- Run client meetings to present and discuss program optimization
- 3+ years of related experience in business development or account management; broadband industry experience is a bonus
- Demonstrates maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills essential to successful account management
- Thrives working with representatives from multiple functional disciplines to deliver results
- Exhibits excellent verbal, presentation, and documentation skills -- including comfort communicating to external stakeholders
- Capable of handling multiple accounts of different sizes and priorities
- Ability to quickly assess client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Proficient in managing sales forecasts and goal setting
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Gives high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to think creatively to develop new opportunities where none currently exists
Compensation
- Cash Compensation Range: $80,000 - $120,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
