Senior Product Manager | Broadband

The Broadband vertical is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of a new Broadband product experience – from concept to launch to iterate improvements and new feature additions. You will play a pivotal role in creating differentiated value through a key growth category at RV.  

What you’ll do:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap, delivering a high impact customer-facing product and feature set in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define back-end architecture and integration solutions; need strong technical understanding of back-end engineering solutions
  • Define business, customer, and functional requirements for the product build
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer, inclusive of user research, industry trends, and existing site behavior data
  • Synthesize data into actionable insights to optimize existing experiences or create new experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, engineering, other product and UI/UX design teams to steer solution definition and successfully execute on the roadmap
  • Head Agile teams through the development process in a Product Owner role including creating and maintaining product backlog, prioritizing features, creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience (experience building from 0-1 a bonus)
  • Track record of delivering new product features and experiences for consumers, especially with a back-end heavy solution
  • Strong technical understanding with comfortability using data, getting to data, and actioning off insights derived from data
  • Excellent with critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external audiences
  • A self-starter with bias toward action and know how to balance getting details right while still moving fast
  • Ability to innovate and define creative solutions with compelling user experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Experience with SQL, MySQL, Redshift, DataGrip, or similar data tools
  • Experience with Jira, Adobe Analytics, Figma, or similar tools
  • Product Owner experience in an Agile or Kanban environment

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 - $195,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
