We’re seeking a collaborative, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join the Global Integration Solutions team. This team drives critical components of Wayfair’s supplier integration strategies and enhances our supplier-partners supply chain technology ecosystem that powers the Wayfair ecommerce experience. As a Senior Associate on the Global Integrations team, you will work at the core of e-commerce: operating at the intersection between customers, suppliers, and technology!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the team’s marketing and communications with internal and external stakeholders. You will create the language and materials that enable the Global Integration Solutions team to effectively engage with our ever-growing supplier base (20K suppliers driving +$10BN in revenue) and vendor solutions. What You’ll Do

  • Act as the go-to person for vendor and supplier communications related to integration capabilities
  • Provide support through trainings, supporting documentation, and meetings to educate Act as a critical liaison between vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather user feedback, facilitate conversations, and leverage feedback to propose solutions to drive improvements
  • Work effectively across our global team to ensure efficient collaboration
  • Think critically about our internal processes, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall supplier experience
  • Test new, innovative ideas in pilot programs, identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of E-commerce, corporate retail, consulting, sales, marketing or general account management experience, not required but preferred. 
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with a great level of autonomy, to prioritize tasks efficiently and to quickly adapt to change
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster great working relationships with various stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to consider multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement working through ambiguity in an evolving organization 
  • A track record of successful project and relationship management skills. 

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:

All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
