As a Senior Associate, Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Influencer Marketing channel for four brands, concentrating on performance-based influencer and affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the performance of multiple Influencer channels and social platforms. You will write source and vet influencer and affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, provide insights and analyze data to drive results. You will be responsible for achieving company goals while managing budgets to maintain efficiency. 

Additionally, you will work very closely with different teams, including growth, brand, data, and creative. It’s an exciting role allowing you to develop as a future influencer marketing leader and build one of the biggest food-tech brands in the world.

You will …
  • Drive customer acquisition and consumer growth of our emerging brands influencer marketing channels
  • Build a world-class affiliate creator program at scale, focusing on new creator partners and driving revenue growth
  • Build an innovative, performance-driven affiliate program on a CPA model from the ground up
  • Strategically manage and grow our affiliate network, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and resources they need for success
  • Architect and implement sound processes, budget pacing & stewardship, aggressive negotiations & innovative deal structures that set brands up for rapid and sustainable growth.
  • Conduct research to source, vet, and analyze influencers and affiliates for collaborations across our portfolio of brands 
  • Manage inbound and outbound influencer communication/requests, product delivery organization and influencer payment
  • Create campaign analyses looking at correlations between KPIs and test variables, including ER, CR, CAC, etc. across multiple campaigns
  • Develop  a robust and well-organized database of talent with continual outreach for affiliate, micro-mid tier and macro creators across platforms
  • Work with internal analytics resources to further enhance reporting and insights within and across campaigns
  • Manage discount code creation process and the tracking of VIP Box orders
  • Research and stay on top of emerging influencer platforms and trends
  • Research influencer landscape to inform new influencer campaign strategies
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization as needed on a project by project basis

You have…
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in influencer marketing or business development
  • Built or participated in growing influencer marketing via direct creator booking 
  • Fluency in Excel (Microsoft Office) and proficiency in Google platforms, Tableau, third party analytics platforms and media attribution technology/methodologies is preferred
  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills
  • Strategic & critical thinking – you get the smaller and the bigger picture
  • Understand key business KPIs for subscription e-commerce (CAC, CLV, CR, etc.)
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Excellent communication skills with a sharp attention to detail and organization

New York Pay Range$82,500—$110,000 USD
