We’re seeking a process oriented, passionate, and self-motivated individual to join the Global Partner Desk Platform and Partner Feedback team. This team is focused on central governance, collecting partner feedback, and tracking objectives and key results (OKR) progress across Global Partner Support (GPS). We coordinate with frontline execution, platform programs and cross-functional teams (analytics, journey create, etc.) to track progress against our OKRs and core KPIs. We also collect feedback from suppliers, identifying pain points and recommending change to drive best-in-class support to an ever-growing supplier base.  As a member of this team, you will work at the core of our business: at the intersection between partners, support teams, and process/technology!

As a Partner Support Governance Senior Associate, you will own governance and accountability across Global Partner Support. This equates to tracking our OKRs, Core KPIs, and key executive communication. You’ll play a role in the seasonal planning cycles, driving OKR creation and core KPI targets across the team. This role will also support additional projects across GPS as needed. The role will require the ability to communicate with senior leaders across the organization on status of projects / KPIs and dig into data to find trends that may not be easily visible. You will be responsible for tracking highly visible KPIs and escalating appropriately if we aren’t meeting our department's metrics. There will also be the opportunity to work on strategic support projects that directly impact the supplier experience globally for Wayfair’s 20k+ suppliers. The GPS space at Wayfair is rapidly changing so candidates must be comfortable with change and influencing others in that change.

 What You'll Do:

  • Own and advance the GPS governance framework, knowing what activities need to happen and delivering regular updates
  • Make recommendations for simplifying and improving a governance process that can be a tedious task for senior leaders
  • Own the creation of communication and materials for our monthly business review process, voice of the partner, and other required updates, notifying senior leaders of the progress of our objectives and core KPIs
  • Monitor and maintain OKRs across various departments, producing regular status updates. This includes learning what each is focused on and determining appropriate evidence needed to back up meeting the key results.
  • Work with senior leaders on the global planning cycle for department wide objective and key results
  • Collect and facilitate conversations on the closure of OKRs across GPS as applicable and facilitate the presentations of completed OKRs to leadership
  • Leverage data to monitor core metrics and determine the validity of a KPI, working with the analytics team to implement these
What You'll Need:
  • 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in fast moving, process/technology oriented environments (e.g. consulting, project management, customer service, supplier service, operational excellence)
  • Experience developing or tracking KPIs in a tech environment, preferred
  • A keen eye for detail especially when it come to data trends across numerous metrics
  • Positive attitude and self motivation to quickly learn about a topic with little to no context before hand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt / learn communication styles to support working with senior leaders
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills, spotting trends in data
  • A willingness to ask questions to seek stronger understanding, with the ability to retain information quickly and avoid asking the same questions twice
  • A basic understanding of OKRs and capability to become an expert who coaches others
