Senior B2B Sales Manager (all genders)
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (all genders) for our B2B Sales Southern Europe in the heart of buzzing Berlin!

Join our team as a B2B Senior Sales Manager / Senior Account Manager and play a pivotal role in creating mutual understanding through languages and helping organizations unlock their potential through our innovative solutions.
You will:
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of opportunities by self-sourcing leads and leveraging pre-qualified prospects provided by the pre-sales team to maintain a consistent flow of potential business
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, effectively managing internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams to consistently close deals
- Strategically maximize revenue by transitioning opportunities from localized projects to comprehensive, company-wide initiatives
- Develop and present compelling, outcome-focused value propositions, supported by customized product demonstrations that align with each prospect's unique requirements
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to gain a thorough understanding of prospects' business goals, challenges, and priorities
- Lead negotiations and secure agreements with key stakeholders, including HR, executive leadership, and procurement teams
- Oversee the seamless transition of closed deals to the Customer Success team, ensuring a positive post-sale experience for clients
- Facilitate regular pipeline and forecasting reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly), identifying risks and implementing strategies to improve deal outcomes and account performance
- Collaborate closely with business development and customer success teams to identify and execute on growth opportunities within key accounts, driving long-term value and client satisfaction
You have:
- Extensive experience in mid-market and enterprise sales within the B2B SaaS, Education, or EdTech industries
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue and pipeline growth across both mature and emerging markets
- Successfully implemented account-based strategies in Southern European markets (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal), leveraging outbound and expansion sales approaches to build and maintain a robust pipeline
- Expert knowledge of B2B products, buyer journeys, sales processes, and related internal workflows
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously achieve and exceed sales targets, while independently initiating, managing, and delivering projects to completion without guidance from leadership
- Regularly leads workshops and training sessions for Sales and SDR sub-teams, fostering skill development and best practices
- Mentors and supports junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and the overall success of the team
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English. Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese are highly valued
- Proficient in using CRM and sales execution platforms, with expertise in tools like HubSpot, 6sense, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar platforms
