We’re looking for a Senior [Technical] Digital Business Analyst with outstanding analytical capabilities, to support and drive Agency activity, creative and technology output, and commerciality in line with business objectives and operational excellence.  

You’ll be adept at quickly understanding and translating business needs into requirements. Articulating those needs clearly, across cross-functional stakeholder groups, at all levels of seniority

Operating as a key member of a project team, you’ll be enthusiastic and creative with a tenacity to take a project brief and ‘run with it’.

You’ll thrive in a busy environment, have a practical ‘hands on’ approach and enjoy running workshops, writing requirements, and working with your talented colleagues to define the perfect solution.

Location: Hybrid [Paddington, London / Remote]

You Will:

  • Lead client workshops to identify, log and categorise requirements and maintain a backlog of project requirements to clearly articulate project scope.
  • Produce business and technical requirement documentation, appropriate to the project phase including user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, user journeys, etc.
  • Work with experience design and technical teams to produce wireframe annotations and review API integration flows.
  • Support tech team and QA discussions in scoping, defining solutions and acceptance criteria.
  • Support team during project delivery including leading sprint planning sessions.
  • Work with delivery and client service teams to manage stakeholder relationships and outline activities in response to briefs.

You Have:

  • You’ll have demonstrable experience in Business Analysis and interfacing with business and technical teams.
  • You’ll be comfortable working on both new and existing systems. Defining the needs for amends with as much enthusiasm as with brand-new builds and solutions.
  • Digital experience, preferably across a variety of different clients/industries/systems.
  • You’ll have excellent attention to detail and the ability to take accountability for your work and pride in your high-quality deliverables.
  • We want someone who has proven ability to untangle complex problems in imaginative and creative ways. Articulating complex ideas and to transforming complexity into simplicity for different audiences.
  • Cross-functional experience working with other disciplines [i.e., UX, Tech/Architecture, QA and Design].
  • You’ll be curious and creative and an intuitive problem solver.
  • Practical knowledge of process modelling/mapping.
  • Experience with relevant tools would be beneficial [e.g., JIRA, Figma, Lucidcharts, GitHub and Confluence or similar tools].
  • Formal certification in Business Analysis [BCS/IIBA] would be beneficial.
  • Previous exposure to the automotive industry would also be a bonus
