Senior Compensation Partner

The ChallengeThe Global Compensation Lead will impact OneTrust’s ability to be an employer of choice in the software industry. You will focus on identifying and leading client needs in relationship to the design and execution of our compensation practices and programs. This role will be the voice of the customer in effectively identifying the appropriate market matches, job hierarchies and competitive compensation structure for our core and sales-based roles, including survey submission and management. Experience with sales compensation and incentive plans is highly desired, as well as proactive client management experience.
Your MissionThis is a Principal level compensation partner and you will provide compensation data and recommendations for recruiting, immigration, and internal movement as well as company- or division-wide programs that are impactful to our employees and aligned with our cost structure and financial goals. This role will manage the annual compensation review cycle, including partnering with HR Systems and other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient review process. Staying attuned to movement in compensation across the industry and within our current and future geographic footprint, the Principal Compensation Partner will build/maintain a competitive global salary structure.
You AreYou like to partner with and across the organization to develop compelling solutions for our candidates, employees and leaders. You have strong data research and analysis skills and the ability to work smartly and quickly. You also have strong communication skills and the ability to ask the right questions and are self-motivated and efficient.
Your experience includes:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation, including understanding of various cash incentive plans (e.g., corporate bonus and commission plans) and equity plans
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to explain compensation concepts to a broad range of employees, leaders, etc., whether one-on-one or via leading training sessions
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
