- Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with the Brand, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver cohesive, integrated content solutions that align with both business objectives and user needs. Translate complex technical concepts, such as tokens and schemas, into simple, easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Content Partnership:Collaborate with Content Producers to ensure all content is delivered to the highest standards, adhering to both brand guidelines and technical specifications, while communicating technical details clearly and effectively.

- Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience through content, refining technical explanations to improve clarity and understanding for all audiences, and driving key product metrics.
- Community Engagement:Actively contribute to our UX and content community by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and advocating for best practices in content design, particularly in simplifying complex technical topics for a wider audience.
- Tool Proficiency:Utilise tools such as Figma and Miro for sketching, prototyping, and collaboration, ensuring that technical content and design solutions are communicated clearly and are easily understood across the board.
You’ll be a successful Senior Content Designer here at OVO if you…
- A product thinker - you care about why you’re designing something and what impact it will have for the user.
- Customer-obsessed, using data and research to inform and validate design decisions.
- Obsessed about the details, whilst having a birds eye view of how everything connects.
- A brilliant communicator - you can explain and rationalise the reasons for your design decisions and can give and receive constructive feedback.
- Experienced in designing for mobile with a strong portfolio of projects showing your ux writing and information architecture skills.
You won’t like this role if you…
- Are uncomfortable with ambiguity, change, and managing conflicting priorities.
