You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to design scalable technical solutions, unlock value for Enterprise prospects and customers, and help shape how we win and grow complex deals in a rapidly evolving space. The Enterprise segment at Trustpilot is developing quickly, offering the opportunity to influence processes, shape best practices, and help define what technical excellence looks like as the team and market continue to grow.
What you'll be doing:
- You will partner with New Business Sales as a technical expert, supporting complex Enterprise deals through solution mapping across APIs, integrations, data architecture, and security.
- You will design and present tailored technical solutions aligned with customer needs and long term strategies, including proof of concept work and technical demonstrations.
- You will collaborate on early integration strategies and technical blueprints, defining data flows, system dependencies, migration approaches, and deployment methodologies.
- You will co create technical Success Plans together with Customer Success Managers, outlining key milestones, adoption metrics, and measurable outcomes.
- You will lead the technical onboarding of Enterprise customers, ensuring smooth integrations, reliable data flow, and best practice system configuration in close collaboration with customer IT teams.
- You will support ongoing adoption by addressing technical challenges, providing advanced guidance, and leading technical enablement sessions and workshops.
- You will share insights from the Italian Enterprise market with internal stakeholders to help shape scalable solutions and inform future product and roadmap decisions.
Who you are:
- You have experience in a technical, customer facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting within a SaaS Enterprise environment.
- You are highly communicative and enjoy engaging with customers as well as internal stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights for both technical and business audiences.
- You understand Enterprise IT landscapes, including integrations such as REST APIs and webhooks, data management concepts like ETL and data warehousing, and core security principles such as authentication and authorization.
- You bring hands on experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript and are familiar with tools like CRMs, Postman, analytics platforms, databases, or DevOps related workflows.
- You work well across teams and value collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering in a dynamic environment.
- You are motivated by growth, comfortable with change, and interested in helping build and scale a developing Enterprise function.
- You speak Italian and English fluently
