Focus: Architecting technical infrastructure and value realisation for Trustpilot's largest European Enterprise prospects & customers.Result: Boost complex NB deals through technical credibility and ensure rapid, effective onboarding for long-term strategic value.

What you'll be doing:

  • Technical Sales partner: Partner with NB Sales on technical skills and solutions mapping, including API integration, data architecture, and security.
  • Solution architect: Design and present tailored technical solutions, including POC development and demonstrations, aligning with long-term strategies.
  • Integration & implementation qualification: Collaborate on initial integration strategies and blueprints, defining data migration, system dependencies, and deployment methodologies.
  • Technical success planner: Co-develop Success Plans with CSM mapping key technical milestones, adoption metrics, measurable success metrics.
  • Technical onboarding lead: Oversee technical onboarding, ensuring seamless integration, data flow, and system configuration; work with customer IT for smooth handoff and best practices.
  • Adoption lead: Systematically address technical challenges, provide advanced guidance, and conduct technical workshops for effective platform adoption.

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated ability in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant) in a SaaS enterprise environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise IT landscapes, integration (REST APIs, webhooks), data management (ETL, data warehousing), and security (authentication, authorization), including cloud platforms, network architecture, and security protocols.
  • Programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and experience with relevant technologies (e.g., CRM, Postman, data analytics platforms); familiarity with scripting, databases, and DevOps.
  • Experience responding to and completing RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) in a technical context.
  • Effective technical communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including documentation
  • Ability to map technical requirements to business value and Trustpilot's capabilities.
  • Dedicated problem-solver with a commitment to ensuring technical customer success.
  • Collaborative and experienced in cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, with Agile experience and adept at building and maintaining internal relationships.
