Senior Demand Generation Manager

Lyft is building out its Demand Generation team to support our rapidly growing platform. This role will support Lyft Business, the B2B arm of Lyft that empowers organizations to drive their businesses forward through a suite of innovative transportation solutions.
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team to develop programs that can drive high-quality Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB leads through our funnel, efficiently and at scale. You will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate on every aspect of our demand generation programs, from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:- Lead development and orchestration of Lyft’s demand generation strategies to support business growth targets across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments, ensuring alignment with broader marketing, sales, and business objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaign strategies for key sales opportunities, leveraging an appropriate campaign channel strategy including a portfolio of tactics such as content marketing, email marketing, lead nurturing, content syndication, webinars, and paid advertising to efficiently generate quality marketing qualified leads
- Build both lead generation and lead nurture campaigns, partnering with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations on lead scoring, progressive profiling initiatives, custom landing page builds, webinars, and email campaigns
- Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for campaign planning and execution, including careful planning, detailed budget management, and seamless execution
- Effectively manage campaign budgets to improve return on investment, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently against top priorities
- Own campaign reporting and optimization, inclusive of defining KPIs, socializing performance with key stakeholders, and adapting campaign tactics to optimize delivery of marketing qualified leads and pipeline revenue
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on demand generation or integrated campaigns, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
- Deep understanding of demand generation and performance marketing channels, and how best to apply a multi-channel campaign strategy, including but not limited to ABM, paid media, email, webinar, and content syndication
- Is an expert in the B2B lead funnel, from lead > MQL > SQL> opportunity to close, with an understanding of what drives conversion/volume of each.
- Experience marketing self-service tools as well and marketing towards SMB prospects preferred
- Excellent budget and project management experience and demonstrable results with multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Experience with Salesforce, B2B marketing automation technology, and performance measurement analysis
- Strong understanding of the inbound sales motion and how to enable SDR/BDR teams to amplify campaign impact

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected range of pay for this position in the San Francisco Bay area is $168,000 - $187,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
