Your impact is beyond the domain you serve, proactively identifying common needs and pain points across the team and defining solutions and best practices to constantly improve the way we work.

You are predominantly an individual contributor, but if your career goals are to move towards people management we can begin to provide you with experiences to support that growth.

  • Collaborate with Product Leads and Owners in order to understand the strategic priorities for your domain and then execute against these with engaging work
  • Partner closely with the Product organisation (Product Owners, Software Engineering, UX, Data Science, Data Engineering) promoting a culture rooted in evidence-based decision making.
  • Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organisation highlighting the “so-whats” of your analyses in order to drive the growth of our business.
  • Explore and analyse customer behaviour and product performance data in order to detect growth opportunities for the HelloFresh digital product by improving user experience.
  • Guide and mentor other Product Analysts within our team, defining best practices and providing support to help individuals and the team grow in effectiveness

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally having worked closely with product teams for at least 3 years, including performing root cause analysis studies.
  • Excellent technical skills applying expert level SQL with advanced Python as a plus for both analysis and efficient manipulation of large data sets.
  • Experience debugging and resolving tracking issues particularly involving 3rd party javascript integrations within a digital product.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the statistical concepts behind experimentation and extensive experience working with product stakeholders in designing A|B tests, interpreting results and deep diving to understand the drivers of impact.
  • Expert level knowledge of data visualisation tools like Tableau which we use to create compelling visualisations to convey complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, taking complex business problems, articulating these as analytical problems and presenting your findings in a clear and precise way.
  • Leadership experience, through projects you have led, capability building within your team, or through mentorship or direct people management .
  • You are outcome oriented, and can take a business challenge, create actionable analytical insights against it, and align stakeholders on actions to create business value.
