Dropbox is growing in Poland, and we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to support this growth. In this role, you'll lead a team of 5 - 7 engineers, working closely with your direct reports and other engineering, product, and design teams to build the future of Dropbox. • You will help craft technical and product strategy

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team
• Experience as a software developer

• Experience in the design and operation of large scale networks (Clos fabrics, Edge TE, Optical)
• Experience in defining and executing Security models/policy for networks, data
• Experience in coding/automation of network maintenance tasks

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). 

Current Salary/OTE Ranges (Subject to change):zł27,600 - zł32,500 - zł37,400 per month
