We’re looking for

An experienced Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager, based in our Shenzhen or Shanghai office, to join our Global Enterprise Team.

Job description

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global marketplaces from China.
  • Design and execute strategic account plans to secure a competitive edge for the company.
  • Identify and evaluate potential opportunities by analyzing market trends, deal requirements, and financials; recommend alternatives and resolve internal priorities.
  • Develop negotiation strategies by assessing risks, estimating partners’ needs, and aligning goals.
  • Collaborate with global enterprise, product, and solution teams to create value for partners from a China market perspective.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with the China-based leadership teams of global marketplaces.

Requirements

  • Native Chinese speaker with strong proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in business development.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Background in e-commerce, trading, logistics, or advertising. Direct experience with global e-commerce marketplaces is a strong plus.
  • Ability to analyze and understand user behavior and needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid technical and product knowledge.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Outstanding academic background in business or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams across cultures.

The following would be considered an advantage

  • Familiarity with the payments industry.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem.
  • Experience with data analytics and BI tools.
  • Experience working in international companies.
