The Challenge

We are looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to provide senior level support to our CEO. In addition to supporting CEO and Executive Operations Office, you will also have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.   

Your Mission
  • Manage the creation of process, procedure and guardrails around the Office of the CEO
  • Partner with the CEO’s leadership team to formulate the growth strategy and execute initiatives 
  • Help drive accountability throughout the finance organization by setting up the operating rhythm that bridges strategy, execution and performance 
  • Business meeting planning, organizing logistics in various locations
  • Review and compile reports on team and company goals and objectives
  • Plan and execute on executives’ team events
  • Complex diary management - setting up both internal and external meetings  
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that is occasionally confidential  
  • Creating letters, executive presentations and any other type of documentation
  • Taking on special projects as needed

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15+ years’ experience in executive administrative assistance, project management or relevant experience  
  • Great attitude and friendly nature  
  • Highly motivated and hard-working  
  • A problem-solver, a logical and methodical worker  
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail  
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and an ever-changing environment  
  • Composed, confident, and articulate when dealing with customers and colleagues  
  • IT literate and tech-savvy 

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$135,000—$202,500 USDWhere we Work

Beyond that, we give our leaders and teams the flexibility to set additional guidelines based on the nature of your role.  
  • Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
