About the job

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that resonate with our audience. Your role involves creating compelling visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Proficiency in design software is essential. If you're a creative thinker with a strong portfolio and a passion for design, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • A strong strategic mindset and a systems thinking approach to design and brand identity 
  • Ability to grasp and distill highly complex strategies and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions from brainstorming, brief creation to delivery of assets in a fast-moving and changing environment
  • Drive and evolve the expression of the brand, including the visual identity, across digital channels, product and marketing/sales channels levergain guidelines as the base
  • Work closely with events, field marketing, and digital marketing teams to develop engaging and effective visual/graphic assets across channels, including website, organic/paid social, email, digital/physical display ads, and onsite/virtual events
  • Ensure consistency across multiple touchpoints and contexts, threading big and small deliverables together while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Deliverables may include design mockups, presentation design, production of visual assets, asset curation and creation, UI elements, iconography and typography creation and or expansion 
  • Have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details while exercising a good eye for aesthetics
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
  • Prioritize and execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines
  • Be an excellent communicator and storyteller both verbally and visually, bringing ideas to life using sketches, workshops, wireframes, journeys, prototypes, presentations and more to communicate clearly and move the needle within creative teams and with less design-fluent stakeholders

Required:

  • Ability to work productively within a team
  • A great eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong internal and external relationship management skills
  • Agile and flexible thinking
  • Fluency in written and verbal English & Spanish
  • Experience applying usability testing techniques and principles
  • Experience applying a web design standard
  • Knowledge of web client technologies (browsers, HTML, CSS) (if applicable) 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Figma
Location

 This role will be remote, and based in Bogota, Colombia.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
