What you’ll do

As a (Senior) Hospital Strategy Associate (x/f/m), you will be at the forefront of the digital healthcare transformation of German Hospitals. You will be part of the German Hospital team, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives to make sure that we (i) deliver the right product solutions to our customers (ii) set up the local teams for success to sell & deliver our product solutions. If you’re passionate about driving change, influencing strategy, and leaving a mark in the evolving landscape of digital healthcare – we can’t wait to meet you!

In this role, you will

  • Work with the global product team to provide insights and feedback from our clients to ensure our products align with market demands

  • Lead go-to-market initiatives, e.g. defining our USPs & value proposition and optimizing packaging and pricing to enhance market appeal and competitiveness

  • Your Education: You have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Health Economics, Medicine or something similar.
