The Senior HR Business Partner leads the People function at the “Canteen”, our Youfoodz HQ in Karawatha, Queensland.

This position  provides people and strategic leadership for both our corporate and production  functions in addition to leading the delivery of local and HelloFresh Group wide people initiatives.

This position is a fixed term contract to cover parental leave. 

You will…

• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and provide support and ensure an exceptional employee experience everyday
• Be an inspiring leader that is focused on growing and developing team members
• Lead projects across the HelloFresh Group ANZ (think Employee experience, culture initiatives and people programs)
• Assist with the design and implementation of people development and coaching programs from an employee growth and capability perspective
• Development of policies and procedures for the HelloFresh Group
• Lead People BAU activities across the business 
• Provide support and advice to people leaders on employee relations, performance management, development plans, terminations and interpretation of industrial instruments. 
• Ensure compliance with modern awards, NES and local employment laws, and HelloFresh Group local and global procedures.

You have…

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership positions, with a depth of experience in Human Resources, projects, employee comp & benefits, EVP and HRIS experience.
• Experience handling employee relations issues and experience coaching leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills.
• A passion for creating a fun, high-performing work environment.
• Creative mindset to cultivate a position team culture.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast moving environment.

Duration: This is a full time 12 months parental leave cover opportunity. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
