We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HRBP organization. This role will report to our VP of Human Resources.

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Similarweb, you will:

  • Partner closely with managers senior leadership to build and drive the talent strategy - including optimizing the organizational structure and design, identifying and mitigating talent risks, and driving engagement across the employee base.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive employee engagement, career development, and competitive compensation and benefit programs, and ensure Similarweb is an employer of choice.
  • Drive change management processes and effective communication making sure people are clear on the company direction and have a clear line of sight between their daily activities and company strategy. 
  • Support managers at all levels, ensure high quality management at all managerial levels across their respective organization
  • Utilize global tools, resources, and frameworks to develop both local and regional solutions to talent, business, and operational challenges.
  • Coach managers and leaders on strengthening their managerial and leadership capabilities.
  • Serve as an employee advocate to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and respectful work environment. 
  • Be a change agent and facilitate change management activities including program design, aligning motivation, and assessing employee and business success.
  • Hands on ownership and execution of hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • 5+ years of experience experience as an HRBP
  • 5+ years of experience in at least one HR domain (Recruitment, HR generalist, etc.)
  • Experience working with multiple HR functions preferred (including employee relations, training and development, performance management, benefits, compensation, compliance and recruiting)
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar relevant field
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a collaborative and commercial approach.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
