Senior Influencer Marketing Manager
For our international and fast growing Growth team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to drive further growth in our Nordics cluster, while also helping the influencer team scale their global strategy.
As the channel owner, you will be responsible for overall customer growth through channel innovation and optimisation. You will be using your vast knowledge of the local influencer landscape and our customer insights to drive a targeted approach to acquisition campaigns and help improve the overall ROI of the channel across multiple Nordic markets. Whilst you will have a special focus in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, we are looking for someone that can quickly identify opportunities that could be applied to our other clusters and vice versa.
You will be the manager of one FTE currently based in our central office in Berlin and you will report directly to the Associate Director of Growth Partnerships and be based out of our Nordic office in Copenhagen.
What you’ll do- Be responsible for developing the strategic plan for the Nordic influencer channel, use analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimise a significant marketing budget against company goals
- Be hands-on and manage influencer performance campaigns from beginning to end, which includes:
- Identify, select, and reach out to suitable talents to work with in our campaigns
- Negotiate and maintain long term collaborations with our influencers and agencies
- Create briefs, approve content, and set up a clear activation plan for the campaign
- Negotiate deals with large agencies and celebrities, as well as internationally, if you think they can have a local impact
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for the influencer channel and actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test
- Observe and analyze industry trends in order to build up our long term influencer channel strategy
- Take a strategic and analytical approach to manage the channel to meet conversion, CAC, ROI, and budget goals
- Take an active role in the global project pipeline to ensure that the Nordics markets participate and benefit as much as possible from new developments
- Take a critic view on the current setup of the program and actively propose strategic changes in favor of ROI
- You have at least 2+ year of experience as influencer marketing manager with managerial experience
- You have an understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including recent industry trends and knowledge of the Nordic celebrity and influencer scene, as well as global creators and personalities
- You have experience as a project or campaign manager
- You are data driven and have basic Excel/Google Sheet skills
- You have strong relationship management skills
- You are highly self motivated individual with a hands-on mentality
- Requirement:Full proficiency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and English, additional languages are a plus
