About the job

We’re looking for a technical expert who has strong analytical skills and compensation experience to join our HelloFresh UK People Team as a Insights & Reward Analyst. The role can be based in London, Banbury, Nuneaton, Derby or remotely. You’ll report into our Head of People Services and work in partnership with our HRBP function and Global Reward/ Analytics team (based in our Berlin HQ). You will be responsible for our people reporting across a range of OKR’s and facilitating the UK pay review processes. 

What You Will Be Doing:

People Analytics:

  • Ensure our people data supports the creation of reports highlighting trends and progress against key OKR’s across the employee lifecycle including: headcount, turnover, absence, L&D, talent/ succession planning, engagement, performance management and DE&I demographics.
  • Build the people reporting capability through a series of data dashboards on Tableau, aggregating data from a variety of sources and translating it into reports providing meaningful business insights. 
  • Drive and deliver continuous improvements to our HR data reporting capability. 
  • Ensure our data integrity is upheld  in our new HRIS, WorkDay. 
  • Responsible for key people data audit requirements.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all report related issues, questions and advice. 

Reward:

  • Compensation Strategy: Understand our global compensation strategy and provide competitive recommendations for the UK market, in line with industry standards and market trends.
  • Performance initiatives: Understand our performance based pay model and apply to the UK. 
  • Job Evaluation: Lead the job evaluation process using Willis Towers Watson to determine salary structures and ensure internal equity and consistency in compensation.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions regarding compensation. Regularly review and analyse compensation to ensure alignment with market trends.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain clear and effective communication strategies to educate employees on compensation initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Strong understanding of HRIS and experience using  Workday is essential
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau is essential
  • Experience working in compensation and owning pay review processes
  • Experience with salary benchmarking tools is essential, Willis Towers Watson experience is advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Sheets
  • Critical thinking with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and confidence presenting to C-level
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Location: Either hybrid at The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London, one of our DC Sites Nuneaton, Banbury, Derby, or full remote from the UK.

Work Schedule: Hybrid or remote working optional. Monday - Friday 9-6 or 8-5.
