As a Senior Learning Partner (Customer Service & Payroll Operations), you will be responsible for driving programs that support the onboarding and continual enablement of the fastest-growing area of CX. 

We are an enablement team of 14 members, responsible for enabling 450+ Personios in the Customer Experience department to have high impact in their work. Our programs support onboarding, product, tooling and process changes, role evolution and specialist skill development. 

• Business Partnership: You will partner closely with Customer Support and Payroll Operations leaders to drive the growth of Personio through high-quality, targeted enablement programs. 

• Enablement Strategy: You will develop a responsive enablement strategy for your aligned departments, proactively aligning enablement initiatives to drive business priorities and utilising your resources to execute the strategy. 

• Skills & Competency Planning: You will identify short and long-term skill requirements for your aligned departments, gathering insight from internal and external sources.

• Learning Measurement: You will track the impact of learning interventions leveraging performance data when available.

• Enablement Programs: You will prioritise, sequence and drive consumption of enablement programs.

• You have 8+ years of experience working in Enablement, L&D or a similar field

• You have experience working in or close partnership with operational or support teams, ideally in the technology industry. 

• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and are comfortable working with stakeholders from Customer Operations, Quality Management, Enablement, L&D and more.

• You are a strategic thinker, and understand the business well beyond your immediate area. This supports you in proactively identifying opportunities to have a high impact through enablement programs. 

• You see change as an opportunity to develop the business, and leverage strategy and past experiences to deal with ambiguity and complexity.

• You are fluent in English, with a thoughtful, structured, and transparent communication style.

• You think analytically and you leverage data for your decisions and actions
