As the Learning Technology & Operations Partner on the People & Organizational Development Team, you will enhance the overall learning experience across the company by optimizing our learning tools and processes, managing partnerships with product teams, and owning our learning metrics and data.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Learning Tools: 

  • You oversee the management, selection, and implementation of our learning tool stack, ensuring scalability, and delivering a seamless user experience.

  • You serve as a strategic admin for all learning tools, helping to upskill and support enablement teams and learners in utilizing our tools and technology most effectively.

  • You partner with our Personio Product Team, provide product feedback, and drive our strategy to implement and enhance the use of Personio Training and Development tools internally.

Learning Processes:

  • You optimize learning processes for scale and user experience, including scheduling and tracking.

  • You partner with and train others across POD and wider personio to scale our learning process.

  • You drive our learning metrics and data strategy, and own operationalizing this in partnership with the data team.

  • You ensure data quality throughout all our learning tools and processes, analyzing learning data to help us continually improve our LX and qualify and maximize our impact.

  • You maintain relationships with our learning vendors, provide feedback, and support with contract negotiation as needed.

  • You are an expert and provide thought leadership as well as hands on support in the field of learning technology, supporting enablement teams across the company to elevate their practices and approach.

  • You support with the production, technology, and editing of learning content, videos, and podcasts.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Degree in relevant field (e.g. Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.

  • 3-5 years experience in the Learning Experience space, 2 of which specifically focused on learning technology and operations.

  • Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems.

  • Proven experience maximizing existing learning tool stacks, including selecting, integrating, and implementing new learning tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data and provide actionable recommendations based on data. Experience with Tableau is desirable.

  • Familiarity with a variety of learning and data tools. Previous experience with LearnUpon is desirable.

  • Experience producing and editing learning videos and podcasts is desirable.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities, with a user-centric mindset and approach to your work.
