Position Overview:
As a Senior Learning Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. Your expertise in learning methodologies, instructional design, and technology trends will be instrumental in creating impactful learning experiences for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Learning Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying key learning needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Design and curate engaging learning content, leveraging various modalities such as instructor-led training, e-learning modules, simulations, and other innovative approaches.
- Partnership & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Learning Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement among participants.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Implement assessment mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, gather feedback, and continuously refine content and delivery methods.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools in the learning and development field, incorporating relevant innovations into learning solutions to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in instructional design, learning and development, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
- Expertise in learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design frameworks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).
The annual base salary range is: $89,000 – $191,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
