The Challenge

Reporting to the VP, Associate General Counsel for Commercial & Product, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and creating greater business value, delivering global transformation initiatives to enable more efficient, scalable and high-quality legal operations delivery. 

Your Mission
  • Provide support for legal systems (Ironclad, SFDC, Monday.com) through implementation, maintenance and system administration tasks (user setup and access, process support, etc.).
  • Develop and implement appropriate metrics and benchmarking through data analytics to measure the legal team’s performance both within and outside the department. 
  • Build and track various items and KPIs through reporting and dashboards in various technology platforms. 
  • Support the evaluation of new legal technology solutions, including legal vendor expense management systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure wider business objectives are met and that technical and resource dependencies are understood, tracked and factored into the team’s planning.
  • Support and handle a variety of Legal Operations special projects.
You Are
  • A self-starter, highly motivated, with strong results orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities, work with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing requirements and environment with limited oversight.
  • An excellent communicator in writing and verbally with strong presentation skills.
Your Experience Includes
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a legal operations or other technology centric operations environment with experience in corporate/commercial legal process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large data sets, including designing reports and dashboards in a variety of technology platforms to track KPIs within the legal department over time.
  • Implementation and administrative management of Contract Lifecycle Management & Repository tools (preferably Ironclad), as well as e-billing/matter management and knowledge management solutions. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with legal systems platforms, vendor management.
  • Using business and legal technology systems such as SFDC, Ironclad, Monday.com and O365 (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$87,000—$130,500 USDBenefits
