Job Description

As Senior Manager, CI, you will have three primary responsibilities.  (1) You will be responsible for identifying and solving issues in our Factor business unit through continuous improvement methods as it relates to the quality of our product for the customer.  (2) Own the roadmap for projects to enhance our customer experience through quality excellence. (3)  Support the quality operations team in training, documentation, process design and implementation. 

You will…

  • Serve as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager across multiple production facilities, including internal and external fulfillment sites
    • Identify and maintain a project list of viable opportunities to improve processes and procedures with respect to quality
    • ‘Standardize quality process and procedures across the network 
    • Use structured problem solving and sound process design skills to improve operations as it relates to the quality of the product
    • Implement Factor practices and procedures at third party logistics operations and set up methods of accountability for process compliance
    • Use effective project management and communication techniques to ensure successful change management
    • Drive KPI improvements through a structured approach such as The Pareto Principal, DMAIC, ‘///and other Lean/Six Sigma techniques
    • Establish a structure for training associates based off of standards and practices
    • Develop a set of work-in-process quality standards and measurements of success
    • Improve quality inspection techniques and standards at receiving
    • Investigate root causes and corrective actions from customer complaint data
    • Represent the quality team in cross functional meetings to advocate for your teams needs and processes.

At a minimum, you have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science or related field
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification, preferred
  • SQF Practitioner certification, preferred
  • Preventive Controls Qualified Individual, preferred

Arizona Pay Range$101,250—$135,000 USD
