Okta is looking for a dynamic marketer to join our Global Partner Marketing team who is passionate about partner ecosystem growth and pulls from a wide-range of business and marketing skills. This individual will utilize their experience building strategy and relationships with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth with Okta’s partner ecosystem.

This individual will lead the Americas Partner Marketing team to deliver an integrated GTM plan and requires a self-starter who is results-oriented. This role resides within the Global Partner Marketing team, with a critical success criteria working cross-functionally with key collaborators within Sales, Partner Alliances Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development, and our partner ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of America’s Partner Marketing strategy with our partner ecosystem by aligning closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the Americas Partner Marketing team to deliver an integrated and aligned GTM plan in conjunction with the Field Marketing team, Alliances team and Sales team.
  • Generate and deliver pipeline “To”, “Through”, and “With” designated focus partners through integrated programs and in collaboration with the internal cross-functional team.
  • Overall responsibility and accountability for managing the America MDF programs budget to drive quantifiable return on investment
  • Measure, optimize and report on program metrics, and present results to key collaborators and executive leadership
  • Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative and fast paced environment
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partner teams to deliver impactful campaigns delivering growth for Okta.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with Americas partner ecosystem (solution providers, consulting partners, resellers, ISV, etc.) in a SaaS company to develop and build joint demand generation programs at scale
  • An understanding of global cloud partnerships (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud)
  • Proven success in working in fast-paced, high tech environments
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt your messaging to meet your audiences, internally and externally
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to summarize key messages for different audiences

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$161,000—$241,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $180,000—$270,000 USD
