Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)

The Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) will develop and own the marketing strategy for Factor’s newest venture.  You will be joining pre-launch, which will require building and executing a CRM playbook from scratch. You will understand the inner workings of key marketing channels and how to use data to personalize marketing communications.  You will work closely with our Product and Growth Marketing teams to ensure fluidity of messaging and positioning across the customer lifecycle. This person must be able to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization. You will report to the General Manager of Growth, helping identify cross-functional initiatives that lead to strong incremental revenue.

  • Keep the customer at the center of everything you do
  • Be a segmentation, list growth, and engagement guru - helping us use our data better to speak to our customers and engage them on a daily basis
  • Drive testing and strategy to support both growth and retention efforts, building customer loyalty
  • Understand how data can be used to power better customer messaging - from triggered emails to real-time content personalization
  • Operate in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and more to improve the user experience to drive incremental conversion volume, engagement, and retention.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators, then implement insights to optimize campaigns

At a minimum, you have…

  • 6+ years of CRM related experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, database marketing, and email provider migration are all a major plus.
  • Experience managing complex segmentation strategies and customer lifecycle programs
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices
  • You know your market, customers, and competition better than anyone, and you're strong at integrating this information into your go-to-market strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree

New York Pay Range$116,250—$155,000 USD
