Senior Manager, Customer Experience Software Engineering
The Dash team is looking for an Engineering Manager to drive our Growth work as we find Product-Market Fit (PMF). Dash is a new product consisting of Universal Search, assisting knowledge workers to find content across their myriad of web apps, and an Organize layer that helps users manage their working set, focusing on work streams that are most relevant, and easily keeping on top of what matters most. The Growth team is rapidly exploring how to acquire users, help them onboard (setup), activate (form a habit), and engage with the product to drive retention. In this role, you'll lead a team of 5 - 7 engineers, working closely with your direct reports, product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other engineering teams, including the marketing tech stack(analytic tools, measurement, cro, adtech, etc.). Our team culture rewards a bias for action, engineering partnership in defining the product, and discipline in how we develop. You’ll thrive in our team if you love chasing impact, working through ambiguity, and developing a culture of innovation.
