As our Senior Manager Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Global Head of TA, you'll be the driving force behind our tech & product hiring and scaling efforts. Although we’re headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, you will be based at our global Head Office in Malta, where our C-Suite and the Global Head of TA are also based. This includes our CTO, who will be your main stakeholder and rely on your partnership for strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition topics. Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a global tech talent team to achieve maximum performance, while fostering a culture of inclusion.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies for the tech & product functions to attract, select and hire the right talent
  • Data & Analytics: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize best practices and inform strategic actions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present key hiring results and strategies to senior business stakeholders and collaborate with them to support growth plans.
  • Recruiting: Conduct end-to-end recruitment for senior tech hires, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about market trends and continuously implement best practices, processes and tooling in tech recruitment.
  • Operations: Oversee resource planning, set clear KPIs, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and support to achieve targets and provide ad hoc support to your line manager and the Global HR Leadership Team when needed.

 

Who Are You?
  • Deep knowledge of tech & product recruiting.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager/Team Lead, managing at least 3-5 direct reports.
  • Strong project management & reporting skills paired with business acumen.
  • Solid knowledge of tech/IT recruitment best practices and market trends, including various HR Tech tools. (we use Greenhouse as our ATS)
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
