Senior Manager of Growth Marketing
The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will develop and own the full-funnel growth marketing strategy to drive revenue growth across paid and organic channels for Factor’s newest venture. You will be joining pre-launch, which will require building and executing a complete marketing stack from scratch. You will develop the strategic growth plan, use analytics to inform decisions, and drive execution to optimize against company goals, as well as measure success. You will work closely with our Growth, Analytics, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to establish a high performing acquisition engine by identifying and scaling campaigns across a range of digital and offline channels. This person must be able to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization. You will report to the General Manager of Growth, helping identify cross-functional initiatives that lead to strong incremental revenue.

You will…
- Keep the customer at the center of everything you do
- Be a thought leader and expert in marketing, defining our customer acquisition and overall growth strategies in partnership with the GM to hit business KPIs
- Oversee budget planning and forecasting for paid channels, including establishing KPIs and targets in partnership with leadership
- Implement, track, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms such as paid search, paid social, affiliates, offline, and more
- Evaluate, negotiate, onboard and proactively manage new/existing partners as needed
- Proactively evaluate and identify growth opportunities. Act with curiosity.
- Build and manage reporting out to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Operate in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, CRM, Brand, Analytics, UX Research, and Product Marketing to improve the user experience to drive incremental conversion volume, engagement, and retention.

At a minimum, you have…
- 6+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Background in ecommerce and/or subscription business models is a plus
- Tactical experience working with specific digital and offline channels (i.e. paid social, paid search, affiliates, direct mail)
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CAC, LTV, ROI)
- Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices
- You know your market, customers, and competition better than anyone, and you're strong at integrating this information into your go-to-market strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree
